Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
• Original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact
• Valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase
• Return must be initiated within 14 calendar days

Items returned without prior approval or not meeting eligibility criteria will not be accepted or refunded.

How to Start a Return

Email us at peakbrew@lwangblackus.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

If approved, you will receive:

• A prepaid return shipping label (eligible cases)
• Clear packaging and return instructions

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

• Full refund
• Replacement item
• Store credit

No return shipping fees apply in these cases.

Change of Mind Returns

• Only unopened items within 14 days
• Customer bears return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
